ESSENTIAL OILS: Abies balsamea (fir balsam), Tsuga Canadensis (hemlock spruce), Cinnamomum camphora (ho wood), Citrus sinensis (sweet orange), Pinus sylvestris (pine), Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary), Styrax benzoin (benzoin)

Pregnant/Nursing: ok to use in room diffuser. avoid dermal application
Children: not for children under 6
